Vasectomies are like tattoos. Very easy to get one—very difficult to reverse/remove.
Laser removal of tattoos is very good. The problem is it requires lots of treatments by very expensive dermatologists or plastic surgeons to do the removal. Vasectomies are much harder to reverse, plus there's no guarantee that sperm production will be unaffected even if the surgery is successful.
