The problem that we have is NOT with net petroleum production,
but rather, in refining the petroleum, in spite of government and "Green Energy" restrictions.
The only thing that is "transitional" is the intransigence of government regulations.
Bloomberg Financial said last week that there will never be another petroleum refinery built in the USA,
due to government regulations, poor sustainability and financial investment forecast.

all the extra oil being released by the strategic reserve is just being shipped to India since we ended the law a few years back that prevented oil being sold elsewhere.
