One piece of advice I suggest is to take a news vacation. All that negativity can get you down.
I definitely know how you feel. I hope your burdens will be lifted from your mind. Get outdoors and away from the news for a time. Change your focus. Best to you and your SO.

Father, I raise up Uzumaki Naruto and his family to you for strength. He needs his faith strengthened in you. Show him that You have him snugly in your hands and there was a reason you told so many Bible characters,....”Fear Not!”. There is going to be much more turmoil in this world, but we are NOT of this world. Show him that we are here for a short time then we move on to an eternal Kingdom no matter how long our live are on earth. Show him that You have everything under Your control and that You know the end from the beginning. Your plan is for our good and your plan is certain.I pray in the name of Jesus that Uzumaki would be strengthened in his faith.

Thank you for your kindness and prayers! I have been staying away from news lately. It’s just that there is a crazy project manager at work. I am feeling I am back in grad school! Not wishing to get the jab, switching jobs has an extra barrier. In this era of uncertainty, switching jobs creates a lot of anxiety. Not sure how long a new job lasts.
Let’s start with the basics: have you accepted Jesus as your savior?
Jesus, I surrender myself to You. Take care of everything.
God says do not fear for these things must pass. I have no fear or anxiety. I’m looking forward to it.
