He's using the verbiage of the Western ecowarriors. Anyone espousing "clean energy" is probably doing the dirty work of Xi and Putin in the West, and is guilty until proven innocent.

Are you saying that you're familiar with the work of this Jeff Brown, and can vouch for him?
