I think her point was she had the power to decide who she despenced RXs to (which she doesn’t) and she would refuse White male conservatives.

She has to enter into the patient charts what she gave to the patient, the dosage and the date and time.
It would be noted at change of shift if the information was not entered.
If she entered she gave the medication but did not there would be legal consequences especially if the patient was adversely affected.

She is an advanced practice nurse who is licensed to diagnose and write prescriptions. APNs usually work in clinics and medical groups as adjuncts to physicians, same role as Physician’s Assistant, which is not at all the same as medical assistant.
