Our recipe for “belly stuffer”,
2 boxes Mac & Cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 small bag frozen peas
serve & add salsa to taste.

The only way I can eat the stuff is with added salt & pepper, diced Spam and some grated cheddar cheese on top. Maybe garlic. I add three different types of cheese to it, fresh red pepper flakes, chicken, andouille sausage and will add Melinda's XXX Hot Sauce afterwards to give it a little more heat.

Agreed that changes have to be made. The only way I can eat that stuff is by leaving out the "cheese", adding seasoned tomato sauce, Italian Sausage and/or Meatballs, with a sprinkle of Parmesan, and a slice of Italian bread with butter on the side. Much better.
