I had much the same reaction, probably because seeing Harrison Ford was in Blade Runner, I was expecting a movie like Star Wars. I liked the movie in later viewings.

When I started watching, I guess I was expecting quite a bit more. I bailed after about a half hour. It was too slow and incomprehensible.

Maybe I'll give it another try.
