Yeah, I’d have to concur with regard to Wilson. There was a guy who ran on “He kept us out of war” in November, cut off diplomatic relations shortly after inauguration in January, and declared war in April. Not to mention setting Europe up for WWII afterward. There might be a couple of strong contenders but I’d put him at the top.
He's got my vote for 2nd worst, and I believe he did regret giving us the Fed later in life.
