The latest Supreme Court judge literally lied and said she could not define a woman cause she wasn’t a biologist.
She is literally a woman and they let that slide.
And the fact that she was appointed and confirmed when there were no empty seats on the bench....Nobody seriously challenged that, seems to be extremely unconstitutional...the precedent has been set that a President can name their picks and get them confirmed even when there are no openings..this means an outgoing rat party can confirm any number of people that the Incoming president could be stuck with when the openings happen.
