Didn’t the supreme court just say that abortion is not a federal issue? I guess there could be an amendment to the constitution.

When I was in the military and stationed stateside they made it clear to us that, on or off base, we were subject to the laws of the state where the base was located. You can’t do something on base that was illegal just outside the gate.
