Didn’t the supreme court just say that abortion is not a federal issue? I guess there could be an amendment to the constitution.

β And Joe's claim he will set up abortion clinics on federal properties is not likely to work either. State laws apply on most federal properties.β This fact bears repeating. When I was in the military and stationed stateside they made it clear to us that, on or off base, we were subject to the laws of the state where the base was located. You canβt do something on base that was illegal just outside the gate.
