The author should have differentiated between “kill” and “murder.” There is no right to murder. But if someone breaks into my home, and wishes harm on me, or my family, I will kill him/her.

Is it too much to ask so-called conservative columnists to use the term “premeditated murder” instead of kill, abort, or even weaker terms? By extension, call those that get abortions and perform abortions, murderers - baby murderers.

Justice Thomas is a unique individual on the Supreme Court. He has made decisions that he disagreed with in his personal beliefs. But he made his decision based on constitutional law.
He is a great justice and defender of the constitution even though his decisions may go against his personal beliefs. He only considers constitutional law and nothing else.
He is a great justice of the Supreme Court and a worthy man to wear the mantel of out deceased justice Anthony Scalia.
