I would think that our intelligence somehow is able to track these generals and single them out as targets. Probably isn’t that hard anymore with electronic surveillance.

Probably by now a number of countries have intelligence that can track individual military officers. No reason Biden wouldn’t, but so could UK and France, or all three.

There are a few others with capability but not likely to use it in current comditions.
