The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade, ending the constitutional right to abortion in the U.S.

Show me where in the U.S. Constitution that Abortion is written. It is simply not there. It was interpreted into law by a prior Supreme Court Case. And was overturned by the current Court, as having no constitutional basis.

“ending the constitutional right to abortion in the U.S.”

The basis of that assertion is the Supreme Court’s just-overturned Roe vs Wade decision. It was constitutional prior to that overturning.

Just like slavery before the civil war and 13th amendment, it was legal and a states rights issue. The founders, some of which were southern slave owners, knew that outlawing slavery at the outset, would doom the formation of the republic. Maybe we should have stayed with Britain. The slavery issue would have been resolved much sooner.

Those former slaves would have been returned to Africa toot sweet.
