Look at it this way, I know California and New York are lost causes but other states like Minnesota there is still a chance.
The west coast, the DC to Boston corridor, and Illinois look pretty hopeless to me.
Some other places will probably take a while to get even to 15 weeks and longer to 6—Colorado.
Not with the governor and state legislature in power now.
