The Plaintiff’s will now need to prove their case. They will likely fail, unless the Judge is biased, in which case the Defendants can appeal.
The headline is typical journalism hyperbole.
Even so, this lawsuit should have been summarily dismissed.
The proceedings demonstrate that "free speech" which criticizes the interests of the Democrat party, or its' backers, is only permitted if one has a team of corporate lawyers on retainer to handle the resulting lawfare.
