Malik also had social media posts about Wisconsin...Kenosha, etc. Was described by a man whose AR15 was found in Malik’s trailer as a “Communist Revolutionary” who had ideas of taking over radio stations, etc.

Wrong. Biden will pardon this terrorist in December 2024 on his way out the door. Or reduce his sentence to "time served." That's what Bill Clinton did in December 2000, that's what Obama did in December 2016.
That's what Democrats do. They save their most politically (or personally) motivated pardons for that period between Election Day and Inauguration Day, on their way out the door.
