News flash - abortions ARE still legal within the United States, but only on a state by state basis. Those who seek abortions are STILL able to get one, but they may have to travel to another state. If the so-called “pro-choice” (actually pro-abortion) advocates really want to assure “full access”, they may offer to transport the candidate to the state of choice, and if they wish to provide further support, they are perfectly free to do so.
But THEIR pockets, not the Federal Government.
I expect Biden to put a full-court press on States to legalize abortion or they will have Federal Funds withheld.
What would really screw the pooch on that is a residency clause.
