Almost 200 years later and she’s still in commission.
The wife and I boarded/toured the Constitution while in Boston several years ago. Didn’t do the “below deck” tour (extra $$), just the topside. While onboard, we did buy an American flag that the wife hoisted up & lowered down the mast, then folded with the assistance of a young US Marine “stationed” there to provide that service.
