It's one of the few types I've been able to rely upon for quality, but I review others every year.
Thanks. We bought a Ninja a while ago. First couple of experiments - including Brussels sprouts - were unsatisfactory. Will try more later this Summer.
That’s smoked, right? My Dad used to like the ones in tomato sauce, too.
What hasn’t one up in price?
I get a bag of Brussel Sprouts, in a plastic bag ..not frozen, although it works with frozen also.. Clip the bag and pour in about two tsps of olive oil, and a little salt...microwave for four or five minutes and you have sprouts to use five at a time with a few meals after heating up.
They are delicious.
Darn it.
Yes, smoked.
When I was a kid, my Grandmother made them routinely, and I bought them often, after she was gone. But the price went way up long before the current inflation - just like most decent fish.
>> reduction in the risk of developing all-cause dementia
Eat healthy today for better living today.
Unlikely there’s a near term cure/salve for dementia. And that’s not to say we should stop trying.
I do that with Brussels sprouts, too, but add fresh ground pepper and garlic. Yum.
When my sis and I were traveling earlier this month we found a winery that served a Brussels sprouts and bacon pizza. It was delicious. Maybe even healthy based on comments on this thread.
More here. Especially if you are male:

Holy Mackerel!
Read later.
I know!
Brussels have a bad name, but they are delish. And healthy.
And that winery’s name is?????
Libations Winery in Grove City, PA.
Thank you, Madam!
Will try it! Not been putting anything on the sprouts and they are good, so this new way may be even better. Thanks
yeah I read the blue zone studies which showed that a omega 3/6 ratio of close to 1 to 1 was characteristic of these area. Rhonda Patrick a big longevity commentator on youtube said the optimal omega 3 supplementation is about 4 grams daily.
I hope you get to like them...they are so darned healthy.
You are such a gift for FR.
Thank you for the encouragement, MarMema.
