I like the specs on that Bluetti unit, for its price, except that it doesn’t seem to
be one of their Pure Sine Wave versions. Your 60 watt panel should charge it, as
these units tend to have boost circuits in them to bring the voltage of even a 12
volt panel up to their designed charging voltage. That unit could probably
handle a parallel 2nd 60 watt panel to help it get back to a full charge faster.
Its fast recharge time on AC indicates that it will probably work well as an
uninterruptible power supply for common CPAP machines. (Meaning that
it seems to have a big enough charging circuit to keep up with a 50W or
less device easily.)

Thanks for your excellent reply earlier.
I was about to order a replacement for my Rockpals CPap rescue unit/battery backup.
This Bluetti unit will be better and safer.
A CPap battery power saving option is to use the 12 Volt outlet from the rescue battery with a special adaptor plug/link to the CPap machine. That worked for 3 nights with my current CPap machine during a 3 night blackout.
