Since that test was administered a couple hours after the fact, I can see where that blood alcohol content was somewhat diminished.
He is an old alcoholic. It doesn’t take very much.
BAL *after* 2 hours, that means at least 2 ounces of alcohol had been processed of the blood. Which means that his level at the time he was in the “accident” was double that.
That is also assuming we are being told the truth about it being 2 hours. I’ll wager it was double that in an attempt to get the reading below the legal limit. I’ll also wager that he was three sheets to the wind and that’s why they delayed the blood draw 4 hours and not the claimed 2.
He probably was also making sure they knew who his wife is and was trying to intimidate. It’s only logical with these people.

And lastly.....was that MUGSHOT done HOURS or DAYS later??? What clothing did he have on that night?? Same ones in the MUGSHOT??
I mean, when you’re 100 years old you might get more sensitive.
The cops waited for FOUR Hours after the wreck to test him at 4AM .
The wreck was at 11 pm the day before .
He was stinking drunk .
