Funny how they state that SCOTUS ruling on abortion should go back to the states but then say the states don’t have a say in the 2nd. Duh because the Constitution is silent on abortion, therefore it is a matter for the states. However, the Constitution is specific on arms. Congress shall make no law. That means the states, too, under primacy.

Actually, the First Amendment mentions the Congress, not the States which is why religious discrimination laws as to who could hold State offices was Constitutional until the 14th Amendment/incorporation were invoked by the Courts. The 2nd Amendment does not mention Congress specifically as does the First Amendment because it applies to both the Federal and State governments.
