I looked her up. Looks a ton like Sophia Vargas from Modern Family. As soon as I saw the picture i heard in my head “JAAAAAAYYYYY!!”

Apparently there is an artery not far from the tonsils and extreme bleeding can occur in a small % of cases. Sad that nobody caught it.

Antibiotics should be enough to take care of tonsillitis. I can hardly imagine the need for such surgery. I remember as a kid how that was almost a rite of passage. I never had to have them removed but some friends of mine did. We all thought it was the greatest thing in the world. Two weeks off from school and all the ice cream you wanted.
