When I went to his office for an appointment, he had an aide— who seemingly had some authority—that was dressed head-to-toe in partial face-covering, colorful Muslim garb. Mind you, this is in central Illinois, where the percentage so dressed is certainly less than 0.0001%.
Me thinks Rodney accepted a sizeable campaign contribution that has generally been kept from view for this.
