The Windows Quantum Computer - you don’t know if it’s dead or alive until you open the box.
At least with Biden messing things so much that by using the computer it will eventually give the user a loud crash in their yard. User will go outside to see a twisted pile of wood. After checking out the pile the user will discover that it’s a pair of docks.
