Ivermectin gives everyone diarrhea with too high a dose.
I would stipulate that most people - primarily those with impaired health - have a gut parasite.
But technically Ivermectin may also mimic antibiotics as effect upon gut microbiota.
In either event, a regimen to restore the gut post-treatment should be a priority.
