So that’s what they’re calling drug overdoses these days - dying in your sleep.

Aren’t Drug overdose deaths are easily identified in autopsies? Why do you suppose These deaths are strangely inconclusive? Any clues on why SADS always seems to follow jabs lately?

AFAIK, if suicide/overdose/foul play is suspected, there will be an autopsy. Unfortunately for the merely curious, autopsy results aren’t public information except in cases of homicide, i.e. if the deceased died by other than her own hand. Given that shame/blame game that typically accompanies suicides/drug overdoses, I’d be surprised if many families did not deliberately obfuscate the cause of death.
