Can I take the app off my phone since I won’t be viewing Telegram on my phone?

As long as it’s not a hard app. The hard apps are pre-installed by license agreement with the phone brand and can’t be removed, though they can usually be hidden in a box that I call ‘Useless Apps’ on my iPhone. I accomplish this by holding my finger on any app until they all jiggle. Then you place your finger on the screen over the app you want to hide and slide it directly on top of any other app you want to hide. A box will be created by this action and all apps moved in this manner will stay together in their own box of apps and you never have to click on them again. One box stores up to 9 apps on my iPhone.
