when I was working, the younger nurses would get 3months sick leave, paid....on top of that our govt gave them 3 more months, paid....I got none of that....you had to be back to work after 6 weeks unless you had some vacation time you could use....

on top of that, these parents are getting thousands of dollars for their children...

where the hell was this money when my husband and I struggled raising our family....we could have used some extra bucks...

its just the unfairness of the way they distribute our tax money....

to add, I was talking about pregnancy leave of absence which btw, men can apply for too....now explain that....used to be the pregnant got time to recover...what do the men have to recover from?....did they have periods? did they balloon up 30#?..did their hands and feet swell?....
