And by the way, there should be no need for testosterone test. Very simply if you were born a male you compete as a male, if you’re born a female you compete as a female, otherwise you could choose to vote in the it or open category.

If they want to have free for all competitions that don’t count for anything and anyone who participates, does so knowing that and does so voluntarily, fine, whatever.
