Understood. Personally I won’t give killers the benefit of caring about their problems. They crossed the line and they have to pay the price. It’s a LE problem at that point. Sorry for my snarky reply previously.
Whatever his motivation was, if doesn’t affect my opinion on how he should be treated in terms of the law, in Alabama he could get the death penalty, given his age probably not.
I do think it’s important why anyone would do this much less a 70-year-old man, just in case he was working with others who might be planning similar things.
