Scientists searching for the causes of falling sperm counts are getting a clearer picture of the role played by chemical pollutants - and it’s not a pretty one.
A study of urine samples from nearly 100 male volunteers has uncovered "alarming" levels of endocrine disruptors known to reduce human fertility.
Cocktails of chemicals such as bisphenols and dioxins, which are believed to interfere with hormones and affect sperm quality, were present at levels up to 100 times those considered safe.
The median exposure to these chemicals was 17 times the levels deemed acceptable.
"Our mixture risk assessment of chemicals which affect male reproductive health reveals alarming exceedances of acceptable combined exposures," wrote the authors of the study, published on Thursday in the journal Environment International.

Soy is everywhere. The other day I noticed the label of my vit D: “Contains: soy.”
It’s in nearly every brand of canned soup.
I wonder if it’s in animal feed. Probably. :(
Give it a break, guys, and let it build up some.
With the number of abortions in the US, it appears to me the sperm count is just fine.
I suspect it has more to do with insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. Some argue testosterone goes down and that results in insulin resistance. I suspect as insulin resistance increases, testosterone goes down. So a high carb, high sugar diet would promote lower testosterone.
Keto & IF. For the sperm, baby!
“Better living through chemistry.”
With only 100 male volunteers one could swing a research result.
On the other hand if one notices some men it’s no wonder the results came out that way.
Since women are born with all the eggs they will ever have and those eggs are created in utero while the female fetus is protected by the placental barrier, there maybe less of an effect of these chemicals on female fertility than there is on male fertility.
Plastics = soy boys.
I see you have read some of the “death” threads on FR that include such ignorant statements such as “It’s the vax unless proven otherwise”.
Well, it usually is but we know you could never think such a thing because well you just are so smart.
Take a 1000 men in the west/modern world and compare them to a 1000 men in far off places like Mongolia or Papua and see how semen counts compare.

Almost like it’s intentional, or .... something.
URGENT: The Covid vaccine paper on declining sperm counts is even worse than it seems at first
