Not novel at all, sadly. The “victim” of this fraud is the government itself. So the fact that the victim was aware of the fraud means it wasn’t really fraud. Unfortunately, the courts don’t see those who were coerced as being victims of fraud, either, precisely because they were coerced, not deceived. You’re going to have to find an entire class of victims of people who willfully, gleefully took the vaccines, and only then questioned the government policy.

Well this makes perfect sense. If the government is involved, well of COURSE, it’s fraud. Duh.
