Congress and 0bama decide that there will be no, “gain of function” research in the U.S.
So, the virus is shipped off to the CDC in Canada. Do I have this correct?
Canada’s parliament does the same legislation and off to Wuhan it goes.
But before the Rona gets to China, two pharma companies begin developing vaccines. See the U.S. Patent office.
Two years later we have a “pandemic.”
Probably a coincidence.
