I’m sure that aging Soviet premiers in the 80s, like Andropov, etc, would have had really bad poll numbers, too, if they could have had polls. But like the late-stage Soviet Union, there is no possible way for the people to change the premier/’president’, short of violence that we don’t want to do. ELECTIONS ARE NOW A SHAM.
