Get your D3 levels up... I would also be taking ivermectin prior to the vaxx and after it. Also NAC - N Acetyl Cysteine. Magnesium acsorbate (powder) form of vitamin C. One quarter teaspoon every two hours so your blood is always ā€œCā€ saturated.

Absolutely agree! My D3 is in the 80's. I take NAC, Quercitin, C, D3 - 50K IU 1/wk, K2 daily (if i remember).

Yikes! Your are vaxx prepping just right. Try to get the ivermectin. Keep your blood vitamin C saturated on vaxx day and afterwards 7-10 days. If you have the $$$, a few hyperbaric sessions would help the week after. Get lots of sun the week after. Get excercise.

This man was severely vaxxx injured. His main tool of recovery was 40 hyperbaric sessions. He talks hyperbaric at the 30-minute mark.

My opinion is those who get injured by the vaxxx had low vitamin D3 and weak immune systems. You can be very physically fit but have low vitamin D3 and a poor immune system. Then you come down with a real case of Covid.xyz.
