Actually their incentive is to do just the opposite.
Think about it, if the covid vaccine was effective it would've been one and done. The drug companies would have missed out on all that production revenue from making and distributing a couple rounds of boosters. The boosters were no-doubt hugely profitable. The production lines were already set up, there was no change to the formula. From the initial round of doses they had a pretty good idea how many people would sign up for a booster or two, so they could buy components in bulk.
Or consider the "safe" aspect of any vaccine or treatment. If it is completely safe, no side effects that's all well and good. But if it causes some side effects - not too many or too serious or too many serious. You don't want the drug to get pulled or for doctors to steer people away from it. The people suffering from the side effects must be treated - often with more drugs.
Their incentive is to produce something that works just well enough to convince people to use it rather than do nothing or use a competitor's product. They also would like for there to be side effects or complications, just enough that they can profit from treatments for the treatment too.
The side effects are serious for the WuFlu vaxxines, death seems to be a major one. But they have the government and MSM proclaiming loudly that it is all perfectly safe while sometimes noticing the mysterious deaths of athletes and the brand new SADS thing that is so unexplainable. I am glad that I and my extended family all evaded the clot shots. We have all been taking D3 supplements for years and all of us did get the WuFlu in February/March of 2020 but we treated it all the same, megadosing with 900 units of D3 per pound of body weight and were all clear in 6-8 hours.
