I moved to the Baltimore area for a job 13 years ago and have watched the downward spiral.

It’s now a total crap hole.

Two friends were cops. Good ones. Both are now former cops.

The corruption is astounding. They don’t wven try to hide it.

Worst, they are bereft of ideas because their leftist ideology doesn’t allow them to think beyond that.

But the people reflexively vote these idiots in. Mosby, even under federal indictment will likely be re-elected.

I'm curious as to whether there is even an attempt at political opposition at this point. I mean, think of the hurdles you'd have to overcome.

Wanna be mayor? Well, you'll still have to deal with Mosby and her husband running City Council. Wanna run against Mosby as State's attorney for Baltimore? You'd still have to deal with her husband and City Council, the Mayor, and the Police Chief. And so on....

My guess is that most of the people with the right ideas and sufficient competency have already left the city, and anyone dumb enough to move there as a new resident lacks the great matter to fix the problems.

Baltimore is probably terminal.
