On the whole, based upon my experiences, the American people don’t give a shit where this country is headed.
They watch the news on TV and believe every damn word they hear.
They want the free money and cheap stuff, and don’t care where it comes from.
I believe you’re right. It’s been like a race...those with the most stuff (junk) wins. Just drive around your town to see that folks are just buying “stuff”. We were on that train until we realized we were just spinning our wheels and collecting junk that we don’t really need. And spending money we could be using other ways.
