Surprising to see John Legend, Alan Menken, and the unknown Robert Lopez have all four. Maybe getting a Daytime Emmy shouldn’t count.

Lopez is a composer and sometime lyricist. He worked on The Book of Mormon, , and others . He often writes with his lyricist wife, Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

He co-wrote four songs for the TV series Scrubs.

The Book of Mormon earned him Tonys for Best Musical, Best Original Score, and Best Book of a Musical in 2011, as well as a Grammy for the cast album.

He won an Emmy for his work on The Wonder Pets.
