How will this affect other construction-related materials? For example, I have been waiting to have my roof re-tiled and some other fix ups and improvements.
I would believe that general improvements are more of a function of the cost of local labor.

The only bright thing in this year is that I waited to build our planned addition and have the money set aside for it.

Actually on the Home rehab shows on cable they refer to the MASTER as the primary. The last time I heard one of them say MASTER was about two months ago on the HGTV show “100 Day Dream Home” The couple that host the show are mixed race. The Black wife said on a recently produced show “MASTER” bedroom. I could have kissed her.
I keep hoping prices will drop back down so I can become a homeowner again, but all the “experts” keep saying home prices will never fall again.
