The plan by these hollywood writers and producers is to destroy what was good.

I hope Disney goes bankrupt and has to sell LucasFilm in the bankruptcy sale and whoever buys it declares all of Disney Star Wars material to be non-canon (except Rogue One - that one actually was actually well done and consistent with canon - how’d they let that one slip through).

Watched part of that second video - remarkably awful scene. Not just stylistically that Obi-Wan would go running, but the fact that it is clear from the dialog in Episode 4 that they had not seen each other since their last confrontation in Episode 3 - “we meet again at last...when I left you I was but the learner, now I am the master.” Then there is the other dialog before that where Vader talks with Tarkin and it was a mystery if Obi-Wan was the one that was still alive - Tarkin questioning Vader’s sensing of Obi-Wan’s presence - even Vader’s comment “I sense something...a presence I have not felt since...”. The Disney writers have zero respect for this IP that they purchased and they may be making a lot of money off of this garbage, but far less than they would with an inkling of respect for the material.

Like I said above, I hope they go bankrupt and a benevolent billionaire busy Lucasfilm and declares all of Disney Star Wars (sans Rogue One and maybe a very few other things) to be non-canon.
