So if one overtake a line of slower trucks that are in the right lane but it takes 2 minutes to get past them while driving the speed limit does that qualify as slo poke?

No.

IMHO nobody but major league JERKS impede traffic by traveling at the speed limit in the left lane.
If the flow of the freeway is limit +5, then yes. If you are going to pass, then do it and get out of the left lane. Florida has some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. Cars driving 2 abreast in the left lanes, so you have to pass on the right. When I taught my kids to drive the rule was “if you are ever passed on the right you should not be in the left.”

Hah! Trucks driving the speed limit ;-)
What a dumb question.
If it takes you a whole TWO MINUTES to pass someone, you have no good reason to pass.
Just stay in one of the slower lanes where you belong.... instead of becomimg a road hazzard, and a pain in everyone’s ass.
I was reading an article about some VERY small town in the south that tickets people for the smallest infraction - including timing them with a stopwatch if they are more that 2 minutes in the left hand lane.
Then they find all other sorts of infractions.
The judge comes around once a month - the line wraps around outside city hall for people that try to contest the tickets.
