“Why do you make that claim?”
Good question Lurker. The article say find the “Hidden Tiger” and on the tiger it says, “The Hidden Tiger.” The word, “The” is part of the narrative. Now it could say find the, “The Hidden Tiger” which I have no clue whether that is grammatically correct or not, but doesn’t sound so.
Maybe the article should have said something to the effect of, Where is “The Hidden Tiger?” That might have been a better statement.
I think that would have needlessly tipped off the reader and that it is okay to informally shorten such a phrase in this or other cases.
