He’s thinking that Russia is moving too slow and that Ukraine will simply keep throwing bodies at them after a week or so of ‘training’.

Time will tell if the Russian strategy is best...but so far, they keep taking land, so the war is far from flipping against them.

Ukraine is implementing mobilization and training while the defensive lines holds.

Russia is cutting corners by call up reserve battalions to get 30 day training (here and here )
