You talk a lot without saying anything of value while making ASSumptions about what information someone you have never met or knows has researched or not.

I urge you (and others) to research the medical and other scientific evidence about the harms of marijuana and to think through the issue. You then complain about the evidence being behind paywalls, so I show how to get at the evidence in spite of paywalls. For doing so, you call me arrogant. Perhaps I am, but if so, it is because I know the facts and the issue. When the medical and scientific evidence is known to contenders in an argument, then that is where the discussion goes instead of to insults.

Let us approach the issue in a new way. If one equates marijuana and alcohol, should marijuana be broadly legal but prohibited to the young up to 21 in the same way that alcohol is illegal for them? If so, why? If not, why not?

And, like alcohol, should marijuana be barred to those who abuse it and get into legal trouble? Or barred or restricted as a matter of course as a condition of pretrial release and post-trial probation?
