Medical advances are amazing but not 100%.
I have a son in law who had stage 4 cancer and a 5% chance of surviving 2017.
Until he has given a experimental cancer drug back then .
He is now cancer free.
And I’ve heard many similar stories. Things get better every year but people also die every year
