This stuff seems to happen in Pennsylvania.

20,000 pounds of bananas in Scranton and now 15,000 pounds of hot dog filler in Rostraver.

Both because of bad brakes.

Years ago a trucker told me he disconnected the cab breaks to prevent jack knifes, and only used trailer breaks.
