In 2016 SCOTUS decided a case called "Caetano v Massachusetts".It was a 2nd Amendment case in which Caetano was convicted of some weapons offense in state court,She appealed...on 2nd Amendment grounds...and the case went all the way up to the state's Supreme Court which ruled that her 2nd Amendment rights hadn't been violated.

SCOTUS took the case and ruled...9-0 (how often do you see *that*?)...that her rights *had* been violated and that the argument that the state's Supreme Court made in claiming that her rights *weren't* violated was "frivolous".

That'll give you an idea of what legislators...and judges...think of the 2nd Amendment here in The Gay State!

And BTW...here in Massachusetts there's no need for voter fraud,Maoists routinely win elections without the need to cheat.Case in point: the state's Attorney General,a filthy bull dyke,is running for Governor. This whore,during the riots of Summer 2020 said "Yes,America is in flames.but that's how forests grow". This whore *will* win...without question! And she won't have to cheat either!
