My C4 Corvette often wouldn’t start, so one day I just grabbed to A-frame by the driver’s seat and started pulling it down the street.

Worked pretty well until I got to the street incline and suddenly the car was heavy LOL.

Heavy Chevy? Yeah, actually.

Almost got a very bad surprise though when I was moving the boat around in the driveway by hand. About 17’ with 140hp outboard.

It was a piece of cake - and then it caught some decline. It took all my strength to hold it. Yelled at my Dad and we wrestled it back no problem.

I was used to moving it around the garage. Never tried that again in the driveway.

Oops (duh)

Yeah things like that we don’t know till we try- it looks easy- but like you say, any incline, and it’s whole different story- I had to wheelbarrow cement down a really steep driveway once, and had all i could do to keep the thing from taking off on me, and keep it from tipping over too— after 4 loads, i told the boss i needed help as it was wearing me out- i bout wore the legs off the thing as i had ot use them to slow it down- That driveway was crazy steep- I hated even driving down then back up it- I earned my money on that job lol
